Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm

On [the second Thursday of the month] there is limited access to the surgery due to staff training.  Normal service resumes 8am the following day.   

Please call 999 for life threatening emergencies or 111 for anything urgent.

When We Are Closed

If you require urgent medical advice outside of normal surgery hours please call the ususal number (0161 654 4103) and listen to the instructions.

Patients can also call the NHS111 service.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
